What drives the price

Methodology

Figures are computed from the listings in this directory as of 2026-10-25. For each facility we take the first dollar amount in the nightly rate it publishes on its own website, which is normally the starting price for one cat in the smallest accommodation. Add-ons, peak surcharges, taxes and multi-cat discounts are not included. Facilities that do not publish a rate are excluded, so cities with few published rates are less reliable. Always confirm current prices directly with the facility.
